Seasonings,  Spices and Specialty Blends Interstate Sales of New Jersey imports and stocks over 100 Seasonings, Spices and Specialties at our Blackwood, New Jersey facility. Packing for Industrial users – Basic pack sizes vary by item, generally “dense” products such as Garlic, Onion and Pepper items are packed in 50 lb. units. Leafy items such as Basil, Oregano and Parsley are packed in 20 lb. + units. Packing for Food Service users -  Plastic Containers in 8oz. 2lb and 5lb sizes with shaker tops. 5, 10 and 15 lb quantities in heavy duty poly bags are available. Packing for Retail - Plastic Containers in sizes ranging from less then 1oz. up to 1lb. with shaker tops. Glass containers with grinder tops are also available. We are pleased to repack into sizes that will better fit a client’s specific need. In addition, we are pleased to offer specific ”batch” packing. Variety - Although our list is extensive, there may be an item or two that is not listed. We specialize in sourcing hard to find and unusual items. Lead-time - 3 days lead-time is preferred, however orders can be produced in one day if needed. Verification – C of A’s. Our 25 lb. minimum is designed to lower inventory cost and encourage clients to experiment with new products and concepts.
